What this covers

From control narrative to commissioning.

  • Control philosophy agreed with you before a line of code is written.
  • PLC logic — interlocks, sequences, alarms, trips and safe start/stop behaviour.
  • HMI screens laid out for the operator in front of them, not for the programmer.
  • Integration with existing drives, meters, chillers, compressors and third-party equipment.
  • SCADA configuration — tags, alarms, trends and remote access where needed.
  • Commissioning on site, with loop checks and a written handover.

Why it matters

Most downtime isn't the hardware.

Interlocks that protect equipment

A pump that runs dry, a compressor that restarts into pressure, a fan that stops with the shed closed — the logic should prevent these, not report them afterwards.

Alarms an operator can act on

Too many alarms is the same as none. We keep the list short, specific and prioritised, so the person on shift knows what to do.

Have an existing program nobody can explain?

We can review it, document it, and make it maintainable again.
