A Pakistani industrial automation company that builds the whole system — the panel, the wiring, the logic and the screen the owner looks at.
The company
Ayvarn started from a simple observation: most automation problems on Pakistani sites aren't caused by any one vendor doing bad work. They're caused by the gaps between them. The panel builder, the programmer and the software supplier each deliver their part, and nobody owns the whole.
So we kept all of it in one place. We fabricate panels, run the site wiring, program the PLCs, and write our own monitoring software. That means the person who programmed the logic is the same person who commissioned it, and the software that displays it was built by the same company that wired the sensor.
We're a small company, deliberately. It keeps the engineering close to the people who run the plant, and it means the engineer who surveyed your site is the one who answers the phone when something needs attention.
The name
Ayvarn isn't a translation of anything. We coined it. We wanted a name that was short enough to say on a phone, clear in both Urdu and English, and that didn't sound like an imported brand or another three-letter acronym.
What we wanted it to carry is the idea in our tagline: something that stays watchful. A control room doesn't sleep, and a system that reports on itself is worth more than a system that has to be checked. That's the sense the name is meant to hold — and it's the standard we build to.
Experience
Complete automation for CNG stations — panels, wiring, compressor control, commissioning and monitoring.
Instrumentation and control work on oil and gas projects, delivered to client specifications and documentation requirements.
Panels, programming and monitoring for industrial clients and farms across the region.
If you need one discipline or the whole project, the conversation starts the same way.
